- To check offer eligibility, customer has to type his/her number and send it to 4343 (free)
- 5% Supplementary Duty (SD), 15% VAT on tariff inclusive of SD, and 1% surcharge on base tariff will be applicable

Details:
- This bundle can be repurchased as many times as the customer wants during the campaign period
- Offer balance can be checked by dialing *124*300#
- Bundle minutes/SMS will be applicable ONLY for local calls/local SMS
- Bundle minutes & SMS CANNOT be used for any short codes
- Bundle balance CANNOT be transferred
- Up on bundle repurchase within validity period, the unused minutes, internet and SMS will be carried forward and the latter bundle’s validity will be applicable
- Up on every re-purchase, the customer’s call rate validity will reset to 90 days
- Once the bundle validity expires, the unused minutes, SMS and internet volume CANNOT be used anymore and WILL NOT be carried forward, ONLY the call rate will continue
- Once FREE internet volume is consumed within validity period, current Pay-As-You-Go rate shall be applicable
- After the call rate validity expires, the customer will be charged for every call in accordance to their regular package tariff plan
- The bundle will not be auto renewed
- Customers can de-register from the special call rate by dialing *166*220#
- All other previous reactivation offers have been discontinued, however, those who have already taken any older reactivation offer will continue to enjoy the offer until their validity expires
- Customers who have reactivated on 31st August, 2018 and recharged Tk. 23 on 1st September, 2018 will get the new reactivation offer
- Customers who have reactivated and taken the Tk. 23 offer on 31st August, 2018 will enjoy the old reactivation offer
- Tk. 23 recharge denomination will be allowed only for the reactivated customers. For all other cases, this denomination will be blocked
