Job Context
- Candidate must be experienced in internal audit related tasks at least 05 years in any reputed knit composite industries.
Job Responsibilities
- Collect and analyze data to detect deficient controls, duplicated effort, and extravagance, fraud, and management policies.
- Perform to check Pre-cost sheet before confirm any order from marketing Team and contact with MD & CEO for final confirmation.
- Perform to check Post- cost sheet after shipment that everything done as per pre - cost sheet and consult with MD & CEO for Approval
- Checking all production update as per shipment schedule or not and solve problem by positive discussion with production and supply chain department.
- Report to management about operations and financial activities.
- Prepare detailed reports on audit findings.
- Review data about material Management, net worth, liabilities, capital stock, surplus, income, and expenditures.
- Supervise auditing of establishments, and determine scope of investigation required.
- Inspect cash on hand, notes receivable and payable, negotiable securities, and canceled checks to confirm records are accurate.
- Examine inventory to verify journal and ledger entries.
- Checking monthly statement and record are accurate reliable.
- Checking company AC's and Financial Control systems.
- Pre-check of Bills, Voucher, Party payment, procurement, Import - Export and disbursement procedure.
- Checking all production, inventory and accounts related control register, sub-register and its balance,
- Collecting, checking and analyzing spreadsheet data for working, overtime, holiday hours.
- Conduct regular Market survey for price verification of various spare parts, accessories items, materials, prepare report.
- Check daily local purchase bills, petty cash book and all types of payments & receipts voucher.
- Perform Cashbook audit, record of cash transaction & disbursements.
