Job Context
- Independent tasks will vary, but the position holder will require to work/coordinate with the outsourced parties to perform his/her responsibilities.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and install software module and documentation.
- Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications.
- Monitor and maintain computer system and network.
- Maintain communication with staff of clients through a series of actions, either face to face or over the phone, to help set up systems or resolve the issue.
- Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and resolving hardware or software faults.
- Replace accessories as required.
- Provide support, industry procedural documentation and relevant reports.
- Follow diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system.
- Support the relevant new applications.
- Set up new users' accounts and profiles and deal with password issues.
- Respond within agreed time to call-outs, work continuously on a task until completion (or referral to third parties, if appropriate).
- Prioritize and manage many open cases at one time.
- Rapidly establish a good working relationship with customers and other professionals, such as software developers.
- Test and evaluate new technology .
- Conduct electrical safety checks on computer equipment.
- Designing, development and maintenance of website.

Educational Requirements
- Master of Science (MSc) in Computer Science Engineering, Master of Science (MSc) in Information Technology, Master of Science (MSc) in Business Information and Technology, Masters in Computer Application (MCA), Master of Science (MSc) in Business System Engineering
Experience Requirements
- At least 1 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
IT Enabled Service - Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
