Job Context
- Tatka. Feed is a sister concern of Alisha Agro Industries ltd. The company is marketing poultry, fish & Cattle feed , Broiler & Sonali Cheeks throughout the country, Tatka Feed Invites application for dynamic and suitable candidates against of the following vacancies.
Job Responsibilities
- Must establish good relation with categories customers for Feed sale as well as to established the business
- Must focus regular collections
- Work closely with sales team for day to day sales, collections and delivery activities and ensure to meet the monthly collections target
- Reporting Daily, weekly and monthly to the higher management
- Must be self-independent and strong in proper decision making
- Collecting installment from clients/customers regularly in an amicable way and depositing it in companies account properly;
- Taking care of credit vehicles and clients/customers by activities and advice;
- Taking the challenge to meet the credit recovery target and report to the Management;
- Ensure documentation of all collection related reports, work plans, and office correspondence.
- Must be interested for working under pressure in dirty field to recovery credit from corrupted customers.
- Must be interested for working in the field more than 50% anywhere inside Bangladesh
- Prepare monthly report on the overall recovery activities and submit the same to the authority with a copy marked to the management authority.
- Supervise the Marketing team , monitor Sales & collection status closely .
- Maintaining agent & distribution network.
- Deal with documentations for Sales & Marketing.
- Managing & support Sales & Marketing Executives and contact Dealers from time to time.

Educational Requirements
- B.Com (Pass) or BBS/ BBA in Accounting/ Finance/ Management in any discipline
Additional Requirements
- Age 25 to 30 years
- Only females are allowed to apply
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Poultry and Fish.
- Effective leadership skills.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to organize multiple tasks and priorities.
- Ability to work effectively within a team Control & Monitoring Skills.
