Job Context
- Job Location : Savar (near EPZ)
Job Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support.
- Maintain inventory & submitting requisition list to Admin.
- Keep record of day to day expenses with supporting documents.
- Monitor and maintain leave, attendance of the employee.
- Maintain excel sheet of all daily work information.
- Receiving letters, messages, documents, bills, challan and dispatch them to concerned persons by keeping records.
- Ensure smooth banking transaction & work outside of the office with other related organizations.
- Maintain document file and keep it for further reference.
- Arranging official meeting schedules and appointments when requested and confirming all appointments and official meetings with head office.
- Proper checking of materials during entrance and exit from office premises.
- Handle employee inquires and acts as first line of response to administrative questions.
- Miscellaneous jobs allotted by the supervisor.
- Able to manage overall administration and ensure compliant management of the office.

- Bachelor degree in any discipline.
